Accompaniment & accompaniment course for pianists

This piano course is addressed to advanced level students of at least 16 years old, who intensively deal with singers` accompaniment and chamber music as well as to chamber music teachers, graduates of a Music University / conservatory, wishing to expand or “refresh” their interpreting and technique abilities. Please note, that a very good sight reading is a prerequisite for this course!

Developing the “sight reading” abilities, useful pieces of advice for understanding and quick performing of complex music pieces, analysis of the harmonic and formal characteristics, as a means for focused to the mostly important points studying, playing without use of score and exercises for quick scale transposing, in parallel to the basic principals of piano and interpreting technique are some of the main characteristics of this course.

You will be soon able to find here the pieces to be studied and played during the course so that you can choose a programme suitable to you.

Due to the limited number of participants in every class (10), we strongly recommend as quick a registration as possible.

Course charges

As 1st main subject: € 450,-; this price includes the registration & lesson fees und up to two activities free of charge.

As 2nd main subject (in addition to another course of the same period, chosen as 1st main subject) or per additional daily lesson (recommended for advanced pupils and for preparation of competitions or examinations): € 350,-.

Overnight and boarding packages

Overnight fees incl. breakfast:
shared room € 300 | double room € 425 | single room € 500.

Half board (lunch or dinner) € 140 | full board € 210.
