Mag. Eirini MAVROU | accompanist & lecturer for collaborative piano

Eirini Mavrou Stockert was born in Athens, Greece.

She was awarded her piano diploma under the guidance of Domna Evnouchidou further continuing her studies at the “University of Music and Performing arts” of Graz, Austria, receiving her Master of Arts in Piano Pedagogy under Otto Niederdorfer and Hertha Weber.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Music Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She worked many years as a piano accompanist at the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece, is a founding member of the PiANDEMONIUM ensemble (6 pianos – 12 pianists) and has participated as a pianist in productions of the State Theatre of Northern Greece.

She performs numerous concerts including recitals and chamber music concerts and often chooses at her performances innovative approaches and inter-artistic presentations, bringing together piano playing with acting, visual arts and literature.
