Preparation for orchestra auditions | Götz TEUTSCH

This orchestral audition preparation course is open to students and graduates of a university of music or a conservatory, as well as to instrumental teachers who are aiming for a position as an orchestral musician and are preparing for an orchestral audition.

The goal is to acquire the skills necessary for a successful orchestral audition through targeted and coordinated technical and interpretative adjustments, improvements, and refinements, while also developing one’s awareness of physical coordination.

Further course content includes understanding and finding the “right” orchestral tone color, developing and expanding one’s personal musical imagination, improving sense of touch and intonation, as well as addressing other orchestra-specific aspects.

As the maximum number of participants per class is limited to 12, we recommend registering early.
